1. Processing time

Your item is checked, energised, and packed with care, which usually takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.

2. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is generally 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India — no advance payment is required when you place your order.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we share tracking details on WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

6. Delays

Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to courier or regional factors outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll help.
